Job Summary

  • We are urgently seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Operations to oversee and coordinate our daily operational activities within a fast-growing Facility Management and Cleaning Services company based in Ikeja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility management, pest control, and cleaning operations.
  • Supervise cleaning operatives by coordinating, directing, and monitoring their duties.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high service standards.
  • Address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Improve business processes and ensure a productive working environment.
  • Handle company logistics and operational planning.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new cleaning operatives on cleaning standards and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment and materials and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Develop cleaning schedules for all sites and one-off jobs.
  • Generate leads and follow up to support revenue growth.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct probation reviews/appraisals, and manage staff discipline.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
  • Support initiatives to motivate and engage employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or a related field with at least 2 years in a supervisor capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Benefits

Salary: N150,000 gross pay Monthly + Transportation Allowance for field visits
