Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Overview:

• Responsible for managing daily operations of the experience center, overseeing inventory, supporting sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and professional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct routine stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily stock and issuance reports.
• Handle basic product checks, repairs coordination, and spare parts management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Welcome walk-in customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Support lead generation and help convert prospects into sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
