Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales through digital channels.
  • The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across social media, advertising, and content platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Grow audience reach and engagement.
  • Create digital content including posts, captions, videos, graphics, and ads.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Support product promotions and special offers.
  • Improve search engine visibility through basic SEO.
  • Use insights to improve strategy and results.
  • Protect and enhance the company’s online image.

Required qualification and Skills

  • Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field (advantage).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Content creation
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (advantage).
  • Knowledge of digital advertising tools and analytics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
