Job Summary

• The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional spa treatments including massage therapy, facials, manicure, and pedicure services while ensuring excellent client experience and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation) based on client needs.
• Provide professional facial treatments tailored to different skin types and concerns.
• Deliver quality manicure and pedicure services, including nail care and polish application.
• Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, medical conditions, and treatment suitability.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards for tools and treatment areas.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of treatment rooms before and after sessions.
• Recommend appropriate skincare or spa products where necessary.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
• Certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and skin care techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 per month.
