Role Overview

• We are seeking a Clinical Research QA Specialist to strengthen quality assurance across laboratory and clinical research operations.
• This role will support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and ensure audit readiness
• Implement and manage CAPA processes
• Ensure compliance with GCP, GLP, and regulatory standards
• Review SOPs, protocols, and quality documentation
• Support quality oversight across clinical and laboratory operations
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure compliant sample handling and documentation
• Train staff on quality systems and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
• 3–5 years QA experience in clinical research or laboratory settings
• Strong knowledge of GCP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with audits and CAPA management
• Logistics/sample chain experience is an advantage.
