Job Title: Recruitment & Documentation Personnel
Location: Opic Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Search, recruit able bodied cadets to fill vacancies at various locations
- Ensure availability of mentally, emotionally and physically fit guards to fill vacancies at all times.
- Reduce risks that could accrue to the organisation in case of guard misconduct.
- Obtain vacancy information from all locations
- Ensure filling of all employment related formsprovided Proper and diligent documentation of all guards
- Approve and recommend evaluated guards for training after due recruitment process
- Coordinate deployment & posting of guards
- Update and maintain proper records/documentation of existing guards
- Maintain record of both old and new staff for safe keeping, confidentiality and easy retrieval
- Conduct background checks and verification on all guards
- Prepare vetting reports to the highest standard
- Conduct interviews with candidates where necessary to clarify information
- Perform any other duties as may be delegated from time to time.
Requirements
- 0ND, NCE in any Management course, Social Sciences or relevant studies
- Security professional certification would be an added advantage
- Must have no criminal record
- Critical thinking skills
- Must possess good communication skills and ability to manage people effectively.
