Job Description

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Coordinate and manage F&B staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where necessary
• Assist with inventory control, stock taking, and ordering of supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Support management in achieving service and revenue targets
