Job Title: International Education Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Summary

• Swift Consulting is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual whose primary responsibility will be to bring in students interested in studying abroad.
• The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and able to generate and convert leads into enrolled students.
• This role is strictly performance-focused and suited for someone with strong sales and marketing ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and bring in students interested in studying abroad.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into applicants.
• Promote study abroad opportunities both online and offline.
• Meet assigned enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of prospects and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good use of social media and online marketing platforms.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
