We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Software Engineering Instructor

Location: 1/3B Asa Afariogun Street, Off Osolo Way, Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training in software engineering concepts and programming languages.
• Teach and mentor students in full-stack development and backend technologies.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and coding exercises.
• Guide learners through projects, code reviews, and best practices.
• Support students’ career readiness through mentorship and technical guidance.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:
  • Java, Python, C, JavaScript
  • HTML, CSS, React
  • Spring, Django
  • SQL, MongoDB
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Data Science is a plus.
