Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients in our Lagos corporate office.
- The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding the company’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and official communication channels
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions using CRM systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly customer service reports
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support administrative and operational tasks when required
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in a corporate customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
Salary Range
N120,000 - N200,000 / Month (depending on experience).
