Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (B2B) to drive sales across various commodity markets.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commodity trading and market dynamics, with proven experience managing high-volume sales and maintaining established buyer relationships.
  • This role is best suited for professionals who can leverage competitive sourcing and pricing to secure profitable, long-term supply contracts and grow sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies for commodity products
  • Leverage existing buyer networks to generate and close high-volume sales opportunities
  • Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets and distribution channels
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements
  • Manage and grow key accounts to drive repeat and long-term business
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and demand patterns
  • Collaborate with internal teams on supply availability, logistics, and delivery timelines
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 3 - 4 years proven experience as a Sales Manager (B2B)
  • Hands-on experience in commodity sales, trading, or bulk distribution
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets and pricing structures
  • Established relationships with buyers, distributors, or institutional clients
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-volume and high-value contracts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly (with commission}.
