We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programs Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Liaisons: CEO/MD, Partnerships Lead, Community Lead, Commercial Lead, Space Lead, Finance Lead and the Impact Hub global network.
Probation: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Development:

• Design and structure innovation, entrepreneurship, and capacity building programs
• Translate ecosystem and partner needs into implementable program models
• Develop concepts and proposals with partners and sponsors
• Identify and develop new program opportunities with partners and sponsors

Program Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, quality standards, and participant experience
• Ensure delivery meets sponsor and organisational objectives

Partnership & Implementation:

• Work with corporates, donors, foundations, and ecosystem partners to implement funded programs
• Support program acquisition through concept notes and technical input
• Coordinate mentors, facilitators, and delivery partners

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Define KPIs and track program outcomes
• Produce clear sponsor and management reports
• Document program learnings, best practices, and case studies
• Use program data to improve quality and effectiveness

Team & Coordination:

• Supervise program staff and consultants
• Coordinate cross functionally for smooth program delivery

Required Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in program or project management
• Experience in an innovation hub, accelerator, development, NGO, social impact or ecosystem organisation
• Proven delivery of funded or partner backed programs
• Experience working with corporate or donor funded initiatives is strongly preferred
• Experience designing or managing entrepreneurship, innovation, or capacity building programs
• Experience working on programs involving underrepresented or priority populations (e.g., youth, women, PWDs, underserved groups) or relevant inclusion training is an advantage.
