Seplon energy is a renewable energy company based in Abuja, Nigeria. We provide green energy solutions to both the industrial and domestic sectors. Our products include sales and installation of solar panels, inverters, lithium batteriesat scale.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer (Solar Technology)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Recruitment

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, online ads).
• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field marketing activities.
