Job Description
- An Account Intern is a trainee who supports the accounting and audit team while learning practical financial operations.
Responsibilites
Basic Bookkeeping Support:
- Assisting with posting transactions
- Organizing invoices and receipts
- Updating accounting records under supervision
Audit Assistance:
- Arranging audit files and documents
- Assisting in preparing simple working papers
- Supporting stock counts or verification exercises
Data Entry & Documentation:
- Entering financial data into accounting software
- Scanning, filing, and organizing client documents
- Maintaining proper record systems
Reconciliation Support:
- Assisting with bank reconciliation
- Matching invoices with payments
- Identifying minor discrepancies for review
Administrative Support:
- Following up on documents from clients
- Supporting accountants with assigned tasks
- Preparing simple schedules in Excel

- Gaining practical audit exposure

Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
