The role would contribute to capability building for S&D organization through effective, efficient and consistent conduct of training programs at Gionee Smartphones ; conduct assessments and certifications and ensure completion of required administrative and operational requirements
- Take complete knowledge download from Subject matter expert
- Training S&D team
- Assessment of S&D team
- Prepare report for all session conducted
KPIS:
- Induction Training performance
- Refresher/ Product training performance
- Adherence to operational & Administrative Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- MBA from Top Recognized University will be an added advantage
- 3-5 Years experience in learning & Development
