Job Summary

  • As the Practice Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the law firm, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and seamless client service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk and administrative operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Manage scheduling, case documentation, compliance records, and client files
  • Coordinate internal communications and support management reporting
  • Monitor office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 - 4 years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong record management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Salary
NGN 450,000 - NGN 500,000 / Month (Gross).
