Job Summary
- As the Practice Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the law firm, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, proper documentation, and seamless client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk and administrative operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Manage scheduling, case documentation, compliance records, and client files
- Coordinate internal communications and support management reporting
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Basic accounting knowledge and strong record management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Salary
NGN 450,000 - NGN 500,000 / Month (Gross).
