Job Summary
- As the IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, maintaining system security, and ensuring reliable and secure technology operations across the business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, networks, and systems for optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Implement and manage network security and data protection protocols
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting
- Proficiency in system installation, maintenance, and technical documentation
Salary
NGN 200,000 – NGN 300,000 / Month (Gross)
