Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Project Sites (Nigeria)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile

  • The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities on site.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers.
  • Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage.
  • Enforce site safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Officer.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship standards.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–8 years’ experience in construction site supervision.

  • Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB) is an advantage.
