Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Location: Wuye, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Proactively Finding and qualifying new potential customers via cold calling, networking, and email.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Presenting products or services, highlighting features, and demonstrating how they solve customer needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating contracts, and finalising sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Tracking sales performance, updating CRM systems, and monitoring market trends or competitor activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Begree in Business / Marketing preferred with typically 1 – 3 years in sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience & Motivation: High energy, target-driven, and capable of handling rejection.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for rapport building.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value.

Salary
N80,000 / month
