Job Title: Brand and Communication Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand and Communication Officer to manage and strengthen our brand presence within the healthcare industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, corporate reputation, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the organization’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Create and oversee internal and external communication materials including newsletters, press releases, brochures, and digital content
• Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses and external stakeholders
• Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports to management
• Organize corporate events, health awareness programs, and promotional activities
• Ensure all communication materials comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Support management in crisis communication and reputation management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month
