Requirements

• B.Sc. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1); First Class and Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience.
• Must be COREN certified.

Professional Certification (Added Advantage):

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
