Job Summary
- We are recruiting Direct Sales Agents to drive customer onboarding for our software.
- This role is strictly field-based and focused on acquiring and activating businesses onto our product.
- Our product is an inventory and sales management platform that helps businesses track, and manage their inventory and sales.
- The ideal candidate for this role is who is confident in face-to-face selling, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard businesses across Lagos
- Conduct product demos for clients
- Convert prospects into activated users on our platform
- Ensure successful setup and live usage for each business
- Maintain accurate sales activity records.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in direct sales or field sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to sell in-person and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to move around Lagos daily
- Basic smartphone and digital literacy.
Salary
N150,000 - N500,000 monthly.
