Job Summary

• The Operations and Outsourcing Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities of the cleaning and fumigation services while managing outsourced teams and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, cost efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• This role ensures operational excellence, workforce optimisation, safety compliance, and strong vendor performance management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in cleaning, facilities management, pest control, or fumigation services).
• Proven experience managing outsourced staff or subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
