Job Summary
- The Sales Manager will expand market reach, secure Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from soap manufacturers and industrial buyers, and consistently drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the vegetable oil and agro-processing space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial buyers.
- Generate and manage LPOs, ensuring timely order processing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate across marketing and operations to enhance sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years sales experience in vegetable oil, agro‑processing, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
