Job Title: Help Desk / Customer Service Officer

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Help Desk / Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, managing feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • The role also involves collating weekly sales reports from all branches and forwarding consolidated reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inbound customer calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service recovery where necessary.
  • Collate weekly sales reports from all branches.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated weekly sales reports to the General Manager.
  • Track service issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with branch managers to resolve operational concerns.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, call center, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear, confident, and pleasant telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and charismatic personality.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must reside in or around Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
