We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand Nairametrics’ client base.
  • Client Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients toidentifyopportunities, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through repeat business.
  • Partnership Development: Identifyand forge strategic partnerships with corporate clients and stakeholders to broaden Nairametrics’ market reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to amplify brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and provide marketing support by crafting sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 10years’ experience in marketing, growth, or commercial roles, with a proventrack recordin lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and partnership development, preferably within media, fintech, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams,setKPIs, and drive performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
