Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary
- As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, marketing property listings, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
- You will engage prospective clients, present property options, and ensure seamless transaction processes while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective buyers through networking, site inspections, and referrals
- Present property listings, conduct site visits, and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close property sales effectively
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Good knowledge of the Lekki real estate market and property sales processes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Salary
NGN 150,000 Monthly.
