They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Coordinator - Water Infrastructure

Location: Maryland, Lagos  (with site travel)
Employment Type: Full-time 
Reports to: Operations Manager

The Role

  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead the full lifecycle of drilling and water infrastructure projects from design and planning through field execution to project closeout.
  • You will manage field supervisors, drilling crews, and equipment to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design borehole specifications and water supply systems based on site assessments and client requirements.
  • Develop project plans, cost estimates, bill of quantities, and timelines.
  • Plan and coordinate mobilization of rigs, equipment, materials, and crew to sites.
  • Manage and supervise field supervisors, engineers, and drilling crews during operations.
  • Enforce HSE standards and ensure zero tolerance for safety incidents and quality defects.
  • Oversee pump testing, water quality testing, commissioning, and client handover.
  • Track project budgets, control costs, and report variances promptly.
  • Complete all project documentation, as-built drawings, and debrief reports within required timelines.
  • Serve as primary client contact during execution, managing expectations and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Water Resources, or Geological Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years' hands-on experience in borehole drilling or water infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing field teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, borehole design, and completion methods.
  • Competence in water system design — pumping, storage, treatment, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across Lagos and other states.
