Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Van Field Sales Supervisor to oversee daily van sales operations, drive sales targets, and manage field sales representatives within the assigned territory in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support van sales representatives in the field.
• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
• Manage route planning, coverage, and distribution expansion.
• Monitor stock loading, reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Build strong relationships with retail customers and key accounts.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ FMCG field sales experience (van sales preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
