Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Garki, Area 11, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic, polite, and customer focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our service team.
• The ideal candidate should be well groomed and presentable, and will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests feel welcome and satisfied at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well maintained
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints politely
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Team player with a positive attitude.
