We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative / Customer Support Staff (Male)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
Working Days: Monday – Saturday, After first 3 months: One day off per week
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:30pm

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A confident male sales representative who is customer-friendly, responsible, organized, comfortable with social media (Instagram), able to handle customer communication, order processing, delivery tracking, and basic content participation.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to Instagram DMs
• Chat with customers and provide product information
• Collect customer orders
• Package and dispatch orders
• Track orders until customer receives them
• Follow up with customers after delivery
• Handle normal sales representative duties
• Participate in content creation when needed (not camera-shy).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
• Must be male
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be confident speaking with customers
• Must communicate clearly on phone calls
• Must be able to give proper accounts/reports
• Must not be shy of camera
• Must be responsible and trustworthy.

Salary
N80,000 monthly for the first 3 months (learning phase), N100,000 monthly from the 4th month.
