Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Regional Manager

Role Overview

  • The Sales Executive will represent and grow a premium wine portfolio, positioning the brand as a preferred choice among high-end hospitality outlets, luxury retailers, corporate clients, and private collectors.
  • The role requires a strong appreciation of fine wines, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue while protecting brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, upscale lounges, wine boutiques, and premium retail outlets.
  • Promote the brand’s premium wine portfolio in line with its heritage, quality standards, and brand positioning.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring high-value clients and expanding wallet share within existing accounts.
  • Ensure optimal brand visibility and presentation at all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on high-end activations, launches, and experiential events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor luxury brands, and consumer preferences in the premium wine segment.
  • Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts in line with approved premium pricing strategy.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales service while maintaining excellent client experience.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 4 – 6 years of sales experience in premium FMCG, luxury beverages, wines, or spirits.
  • Strong knowledge of fine wines, regions, varietals, and food pairing (WSET certification is an advantage).
  • Established network within luxury hospitality, corporate, or high-net-worth client segments.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a premium or luxury sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend exclusive events and tastings.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (where applicable).
