Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales and Lead Generation: Actively seek new customers, introduce banking products, and close sales for services like savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Customer Acquisition & *Onboarding: Open new accounts, assist with document verification, and ensure all customer documentation is accurate and complete.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed regular, stipulated sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products to deliver compelling presentations and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Field Marketing and Reporting: Conduct field activities (e.g., door-to-door, community events) and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure the safety and confidentiality of customer information and adhere to bank policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. (Pass and 3rd Class not accepted) customer-facing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with customers.
- Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals through effective sales techniques.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Results-driven attitude, with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to achieve sales goals and overcome challenges.
