Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artistt o support its visual communication and branding initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts that align with the Bank’s corporate identity and marketing objectives.
  • This role requires strong design thinking, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality graphics across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual and graphic designs for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure visual consistency and standardization of all corporate communication materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and develop high-quality graphic illustrations for campaigns and internal communications.
  • Coordinate print production activities, ensuring quality and adherence to corporate identity standards.
  • Design creative content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Develop innovative concepts to drive engagement and traffic across social media channels.
  • Support internal stakeholders with graphic design solutions for business developmentinitiatives.
  • Oversee management of branding materials and unit stationeries.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects (print and digital).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with CorelDRAW and other vector-based design tools.
  • Solid understanding of layout design, typography, and branding principles.
  • Ability to design graphics for print, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • ·Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
