A Microfinance Bank in Ondo State is recruiting qualified suitably candidiates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Ondo

Responsibilities

• Ensuring branch compliance with policies and regulations.
• Managing loan disbursement and recovery processes.
• Developing and implementing operational systems.
• Acting as chief administrator and marketing officer.
• Liaising with the Board and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• A Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance, Business administration or Economics
• A significant experience (5 - 10+ years) in microfinance operations, credit, sales and risk management, with proven leadership, strong analytical / communication skills, deep understanding of microfinance regulations, and a results-driven approach to drive profitability, manage staff, and oversee daily branch functions.
• Professional certifications (ACIB, MCP, ACCA) and higher degrees are advantages.
• Experience: 5-10+ years in financial services, with at least 2-5 years in management and significant time in microfinance operations, credit, sales, or business development.
