We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Advisor

Locations: Aba - Abia, Benin - Edo and Ijebu-Ode - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for drivers, fleet operators, or clients bringing in vehicles for service/repair.
• Log all reported issues, complaints, or service requests accurately into the system.
• Provide professional guidance on service needs, estimated costs, and timelines.
• Open job cards and assign work orders to technicians.
• Communicate required service or repair scope to the workshop team.
• Schedule and prioritize repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Follow up on the progress of jobs and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and invoices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

• Service turnaround time (vehicle downtime reduction).
• Accuracy of job card entries and service documentation.
• Customer/driver satisfaction ratings.
• Compliance with safety and service quality standards.
• Effective coordination between drivers and workshop team.
