Role Summary

• The CCO will provide strategic leadership across commercial functions including marketing, sales, business development, and brand management.
• This role is critical to scaling our impact and profitability in a competitive healthcare landscape.

Job Requirement

• Candidates should possess a good First Degree
• A relevant postgraduate degree (MBA or similar) with specialization in Marketing is strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at executive or senior management level.
• Proven track record in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Experience in the fertility industry will be an added advantage
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
