About the Role
- We are seeking an exceptional, high-performing Executive Assistant to work directly with the Co-Founders in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- This role goes far beyond calendar management; it is a strategic, execution-focused position designed for someone who can evolve into a Chief of Staff- level leader.
- The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, discreet, business-savvy, and thrives in high-accountability environments. You will serve as a force multiplier for the Co-Founders, ensuring operational clarity, strategic alignment, and flawless execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for both Co-Founders, ensuring alignment with company priorities and protecting strategic focus time
- Prepare detailed briefing notes, pre-read documents, meeting decks, and structured action trackers
- Take clear, structured, and actionable minutes during meetings; track follow-ups to completion
- Draft and respond to high-level communications (emails, memos, board correspondence, investor updates) with exceptional written clarity
- Coordinate board meetings, investor calls, leadership off-sites, and executive strategy sessions
- Design high-quality presentations for investors, partners, and leadership meetings
Business Operations & Execution:
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Vendor Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to monitor OKRs and company-wide priorities
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure departmental accountability on key deliverables
- Compile executive dashboards, performance summaries, and business intelligence reports
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, operational improvements, and growth strategy
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence efforts
- Prepare investor-facing materials, financial summaries, and strategic documents
Grant Writing & External Engagement:
- Research, identify, and support applications for local and international grants
- Draft compelling grant proposals, funding documents, and partnership materials
- Maintain relationships with grant bodies, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
Confidential & High-Sensitivity Projects:
- Maintain strict confidentiality on financial data, board discussions, leadership evaluations, and strategic plans
- Support execution of confidential initiatives, partnership negotiations, and expansion projects
- Assist with leadership performance tracking and strategic organizational development efforts
- Manage complex travel logistics, visa processing, reservations, and executive itineraries
Requirements
- 3 –6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Strategy Associate or similar high-impact role
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret business metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grant writing experience is a significant advantage
- Advanced presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva)
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- High discretion, emotional intelligence, and executive presence
