Job Summary
- The role also involves providing market and competitor feedback to support sales planning and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales within assigned outlets and territories
- Merchandise products according to company standards and brand guidelines
- Ensure proper shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Support sales activities to achieve assigned targets
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with outlet owners and store managers
- Provide field insights to improve product availability and sales performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Previous experience in merchandising or FMCG sales is an advantage
- Must reside in or around Lekki and its environs
- Energetic, organized, and target-driven.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: N120,000
- Transport Allowance: N60,000 – N80,000
- Commission payable upon achievement of sales targets.
