Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Management Accountant to join our financeteam.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial performance reports.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and cost control.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across outlets and operations.
• Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support pricing decisions, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with relevant departments to improve financial discipline.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Requirements

•  6–10 years relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience working in a QSR, food business, or retail environment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• ICAN certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
• - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
