Job Title: Electrician
Location: Ikennei, Ogun

Job Summary
- Electrician is essential to support project-related electrical installations, modifications, commissioning activities, and to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards during execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair factory electrical systems, machines, and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels and production machinery
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Ensure proper functioning of sensors, switches, relays, and safety devices
- Follow electrical safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain records of maintenance work and breakdown reports
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
- Support machine installation, commissioning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade
- 2–5 years of experience as an electrician in a factory or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, starters, and panels
- Familiarity with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLC panels and basic automation
- Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, and industrial control systems
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (added advantage).
Work Environment:
- Factory / manufacturing plant
- Shift-based work may be required for electrician.
