Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Eti Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. •⁠ ⁠⁠
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent. 
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• ⁠⁠Lead initiatives in training, development, and employee engagement.
• ⁠⁠Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, performance, and workforce planning.
• ⁠⁠Support management in building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in events, media, or production industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• ⁠⁠Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N350,000 - 400,000 per month.
