Job Title: Sales Agent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring new customers by promoting fiber broadband internet services.
• The role involves field sales, customer education, and closing subscriptions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas.
• Promote and sell fiber broadband internet services to residential and business customers.
• Educate customers on available packages, pricing, and installation processes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately capture customer information and submit sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful installation and activation. Provide market feedback and customer insights to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience in fiber telecom, broadband, or ISP sales is an added advantage
• Strong field sales and customer engagement experience.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. OND/ND qualification minimum.
