Job Title: Adhoc Sales Recruiter (2-Month Contract)

Locations: Mainland and Island
Employment Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary

• The Adhoc Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of sales professionals within a defined two-month period.
• The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, meeting strict timelines, and delivering quality sales candidates aligned with business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified sales candidates.
• Post job vacancies across relevant platforms and professional networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess competence, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates.
• Meet weekly hiring targets and provide recruitment status reports.
• Maintain recruitment data and tracking metrics.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using job boards and social media recruitment tools.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Preferred candidate must own a laptop.
