Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from land acquisition through construction and final handover.

Responsibilities

• The role involves coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Manage project budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and prevent overruns.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local building regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies to secure permits, approvals, and statutory certifications.
• Conduct feasibility reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises.
• Monitor contractor performance, certify completed works, and manage variation orders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve technical or construction-related challenges.
• Provide regular progress updates to executive management and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and close-out reports.

Qualification

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field.
• Mandatory Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and COREN certification with proven experience in real estate or property development projects.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 per month.
