Role Overview

  • ​As our Customer Service Representative, you are the heartbeat of the shopping experience. You aren’t just processing transactions; you are building relationships. Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect gift or resolving a shipping delay, your goal is to ensure every person leaves happier than when they arrived.

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on our products and services.
  • ​Problem Solving: Efficiently handle returns, exchanges, and complaints.
  • ​Transaction Management: Process sales, operate the POS system, and manage cash/digital payments accurately.
  • ​Store Maintenance: Assist in merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor looks pristine.
  • ​Communication: Answer phone inquiries and respond to customer emails or chat messages with a professional and helpful tone.

​Requirements

  • ​Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
  • Previous experience in same role.
  • ​Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • ​Tech Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems or basic CRM software is a plus.
