Job Title: Influencer Marketer

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive, organised, and results-driven individual to manage and support influencer marketing activities.
- No prior influencer marketing experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, social-media-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify relevant influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage and maintain an influencer tracker across all stages: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, gifting, posting, and follow-up
- Send templated outreach messages and follow-ups to influencers
- Monitor influencer content once live and accurately log performance details
- Flag delays, issues, or opportunities to the brand owner
- Ensure influencer records, systems, and processes remain organised and up to date
Requirements
- No prior influencer marketing experience required
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as a user
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, or Trello is an advantage.
