Job Title: Senior Real Estate Agent

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years’ professional experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Must currently reside on Lagos Island
• Proven experience in property sales and deal closures
• Strong negotiation, client relationship, and market analysis skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in property sales and leasing, possess in-depth market knowledge of Lagos Island, and consistently close high-value real estate transactions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly contract remuneration of N500,000
• Commission payable on every successful sale
• Official company vehicle and driver provided for work-related engagements
