Job Summary
- Are you a strategic leader who understands people, performance, and operations?
- We are seeking a Director, Corporate Services to lead HR, administration, and business support functions while partnering closely with the Chairman/CEO to drive corporate strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Shape organisational structure and performance standards
- Drive HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement
- Align business units with corporate objectives
- Oversee policy formulation and governance compliance
- Provide strategic advisory support to executive leadership.
Requirements
- We’re looking for a seasoned professional with:
- 8+ years’ experience (minimum 4 years in management)
- Strong HR strategy and organisational development background
- Solid business acumen and leadership capability
- Experience working with executive leadership
- Ability to manage regulatory and stakeholder relationships.
This is a senior leadership role with direct oversight of:
- Human Resources
- Administration
- Facility Management
- Organisational Performance & KPIs
- Industrial Relations & Compliance.
