Role Overview
- As the Product VP, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for Trust Wallet.
- You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development and security teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience while driving product innovation in the fast-evolving Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features.
- Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative product solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate best practices for security and privacy.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing product team focused on Web3 technologies and user-centric design.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech products.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody principles, and blockchain security.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Passion for decentralization, privacy, and empowering users in the digital economy.
